Core care
You know the basics.
Now it’s time for real insight.

An in-depth one-to-one session exploring your health history, symptoms and goals. Together, we consider the factors that may be influencing how you feel and establish a clear direction for your plan.
Duration: 90 minutes
Investment: £210
1:1 Consultation
What is included:
I begin reviewing your case before we meet. The information you provide helps me identify the most relevant aspects of your health history, ensuring our consultation is focused and purposeful. Your plan is created collaboratively, shaped by our conversation and what emerges as most important.
We examine your daily habits, routines, and medical background to build a comprehensive understanding of your health. This reveals patterns, stressors, and nutritional gaps that may be influencing your wellbeing.
If you have recent blood work or lab tests, I will interpret them in light of your symptoms and objectives. You will receive a meaningful explanation that connects the data to your lived experience.
This is your opportunity to share what truly matters. Together, we clarify your goals, explore any challenges, and define priorities that will shape your personalised plan.
Following the consultation, you will receive a tailored plan that includes a nutrition strategy, supplement recommendations, and lifestyle guidance. Each recommendation is practical, evidence-based, and aligned with your personal context. When appropriate, I may recommend additional testing or provide a referral letter for your GP, ensuring any further investigation is well supported.
You will have access to our recommended supplement platform, with 15 percent off professional-grade products included in your plan.
For four weeks after your session, I offer ongoing support via WhatsApp or email. This allows you to ask questions, stay motivated, and continue receiving personalised guidance as you implement your plan.

These sessions support your progress by reviewing updates, addressing new concerns, and refining your plan. They are available for up to three months following your most recent consultation.
Duration: 45 minutes
Investment: £95
Follow-up
What is included:
We begin by reflecting on the progress you’ve made since our last session. This includes reviewing changes in symptoms, response to your plan, and any new developments that may require attention.
Together, we explore what has worked well and where you may have faced difficulties. This conversation helps us refine your strategy, celebrate improvements, and address any barriers to sustained progress.
If you have recent blood work or lab tests, I will interpret them in light of your symptoms and objectives. You will receive a meaningful explanation that connects the data to your lived experience.
Your personalised plan is revised to reflect your current needs and goals. This may include adjustments to your diet, supplements, or lifestyle practices to better support your ongoing progress.
If further investigation is warranted, I will suggest targeted functional or medical testing to explore potential root causes rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
What Comes With Your Protocol
A complete and personalised roadmap designed to support your wellbeing, based on your biology, your results, and your real life.

How It Works:
We follow a thoughtful and structured process designed to ensure you feel supported, understood, and confident at every stage of your journey.
1. Book your free discovery call
During this 30-minute conversation, you can share your main concerns and goals, learn how I work and decide whether the approach feels right for you. If another professional would be better suited to your needs, I will let you know honestly and guide you where possible.
2. Choose your plan
Once we decide to move forward, I will send you the details of the most suitable plan, including the service agreement and payment information.
3. Complete your health questionnaire
You will receive a detailed health questionnaire and a three-day food diary. These help me understand your health history, current symptoms, routine and eating habits before we meet.
4. Schedule your sessions
We will arrange your consultation or programme sessions in advance, choosing times that work for you and help maintain consistency throughout the process.
5. Case review and preparation
Before your first consultation, I carefully review your questionnaire and food diary. This allows me to identify the most relevant areas to explore and make the best use of our time together.
6. Your in-depth consultation
During our first full session, we explore your health story in detail, from your early history to the present day. This is where we begin connecting patterns and exploring the factors that may be influencing how you feel.
7. Developing your plan
Rather than offering a pre-designed protocol, I take three to five working days to review your case and develop a plan shaped around your health history, goals and everyday life.
8. Plan and education session
We meet again to go through your plan step by step. I explain the thinking behind each recommendation, answer your questions and make sure everything feels clear and manageable.
9. Ongoing guidance
Depending on your programme, you will have access to WhatsApp guidance for questions, challenges or moments when you need additional clarity while putting your plan into practice.
10. Completion and continued guidance
At the end of your programme, we review your progress and make sure you feel confident moving forward independently. Optional continued guidance is available for former clients who would like occasional help with nutrition, supplements or new concerns.

HERBAL MEDICINE
Herbal remedies contain powerful active compounds including polyphenols, flavonoids, alkaloids, and volatile oils. Adaptogens help regulate stress hormones, bitter compounds support digestion, and anti-inflammatory constituents work throughout the body. I select herbs based on their specific phytochemical profile to match your clinical needs.

1.
Education specific to your case
Clear explanations of the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, based on your health history and lab results. You’ll understand your health picture and know what steps to take.

2.
Latest test results explained
I’ll walk you through your results, both conventional and functional, in plain language. You’ll understand what appears within range, what may need attention and what to discuss further.

3.
Do’s and don’ts
Practical guidelines on what to prioritise and what to reduce or avoid in your food and lifestyle choices. This is about choosing what works for your body, not restriction.

4.
Macronutrient framework
We’ll define the right balance of protein, fats and carbohydrates for your body and goals. I’ll help you choose options that support energy, hormonal health and recovery.

5.
Micronutrient strategy
I’ll identify key vitamin and mineral levels that may need attention. We’ll address them through food and, if needed, targeted supplementation.

6.
Phytonutrient and antioxidant
Guidance on using plant compounds, herbs and spices in your meals. These can support inflammatory balance, natural detoxification processes and cellular protection.

7.
Nutraceutical prescription
Evidence-informed compounds selected for your specific needs. Only what is relevant, appropriate and supported by research.

8.
Lifestyle change blueprint
We’ll assess your sleep, stress, routines and activity to identify what may need to shift. Small changes that support sustainable, long-term health.

9.
Timing and meal structure
When you eat can matter as much as what you eat. I’ll guide you on meal frequency and timing to support metabolism, blood sugar balance and energy.

10.
Referral letter if needed
If your case requires medical attention or follow-up testing, I can provide a referral letter for your GP with the relevant clinical information.
Is this for you?
Core Care is intended for individuals who are already familiar with the fundamentals of nutrition and healthy living, yet sense that something important is still missing. Perhaps you’ve made thoughtful changes, but persistent symptoms remain unexplained. This is where we begin to look more closely as we identify the underlying causes and focus on the steps that genuinely support long-term health.
