Hi, I’m Aline Pasqualetto, a nutritionist with a Brazilian heart, British grace and Italian roots. I specialise in exploring the underlying factors that may be influencing how you feel.

Over the years, I’ve helped clients work towards their health goals by doing more than offering advice. I walk alongside you, help you stay accountable, adjust your plan as your needs change and celebrate your progress.

My approach combines Functional Medicine Methodology, evidence-based nutrition and advanced digital tools for a more thorough investigation. I also work with the supplement industry, helping me make more informed choices when guiding your care.

What matters just as much as the method is how I work with you. I offer a more human and achievable approach to health, with thoughtful guidance that respects your rhythm and helps you move forward with greater clarity.

No more guesswork.
No more FRUSTRATION.

You are already capable of making meaningful changes. My role is to listen, take your concerns seriously and bring clinical expertise, steady support and a realistic way forward when things feel difficult.

My Story

From patient to practitioner

My journey into naturopathic nutrition did not begin in a classroom. It began with my own search for answers.

My journey into naturopathic nutrition did not begin in a classroom. It began with my own search for answers.

From a young age, I experienced complex health challenges. At 17, I developed severe tachycardia and later received several diagnoses, including Hashimoto’s thyroiditis, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), alongside investigation for systemic lupus erythematosus.

The symptoms affected almost every part of my life, from my energy, mood and concentration to my weight and menstrual cycle. Although I was receiving medical care, my symptoms remained difficult to manage and my treatment became increasingly complex. I was taking more medication, yet I still did not feel well or understand why so many symptoms were continuing.

In 2008, while working in medical research, I began studying my laboratory results and exploring the scientific literature in greater depth. This became a turning point.

I became interested in the relationship between nutrition, immune function and autoimmune health. After making changes to my diet, including removing gluten, I noticed meaningful changes in both my test results and how I felt. This was my personal experience, not a recommendation that the same approach is suitable for everyone.

Over time, I began to see health differently. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, I came to understand the body as a connected system, shaped by nutrition, lifestyle, emotional wellbeing and the wider context of a person’s life.

Progress was gradual and required patience, consistency and ongoing medical care. Over time, my energy improved, my mood became more stable and I lost 30 kilograms. Most importantly, I began to feel like myself again.

One of the most meaningful moments came when I became a mother at 36, after once being told this might be difficult. It deepened my respect for the complexity of the body and the importance of thoughtful, individual care.

Why I Do This Work

My experience inspired me to study nutrition and naturopathy so I could support others living with complex or persistent health concerns.

Today, I work with people who want to better understand the patterns that may be influencing how they feel. My approach combines careful listening, detailed assessment and evidence-led nutrition, always alongside appropriate medical care.

My role is not simply to offer dietary advice. It is to help you make sense of the wider picture, explain the reasoning behind each recommendation and guide you with care and clarity.

I know what it feels like to search for answers and wonder whether progress is possible. I also know that meaningful change can begin with being heard, understood and supported in a way that fits your life.

If ongoing symptoms are affecting your quality of life, I am here to help you better understand your body and find a thoughtful, realistic way forward.

My
Story

From patient to practitioner

When you look into the history of medicine, you’ll find many practitioners first followed the path of natural healing. My journey into naturopathic nutrition didn’t begin in a classroom. It started with me as a patient—struggling with multiple autoimmune conditions and chronic health issues that conventional medicine couldn’t explain, much less resolve.

At just 17, I began experiencing severe tachycardia. I left the hospital with a diagnosis, medication, and no real answers. Over time, I was told I had Hashimoto's thyroiditis, PCOS, Postural Tachycardia Syndrome, and possibly Lupus. My symptoms were many—debilitating fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, anxiety, depression, irregular cycles, and more. I was prescribed antidepressants, birth control, sedatives, PPIs, and beta blockers. And still, nothing helped. I was often told, “We don’t know why this is happening.” What I heard was, “You are broken.”

In 2008, my life began to change. I started working in medical research and decided to study my own bloodwork. I discovered my thyroid antibodies were off the charts. When I brought this to my doctor, his response was devastating:

"Your thyroid is attacking itself. We don’t know why. We wait until it’s destroyed and then we start hormone therapy. There’s nothing you can do."

I cried. And I believed him—at first.

But the medications were only making things worse. So I began to research. I learned that gluten might be triggering my autoimmune response and removed it from my diet. My thyroid antibodies dropped by half in one month. Then again the next. Still, my doctor called it coincidence. By the third month, with antibodies at 15 percent of the original levels, I knew it was not.

That was the last time I saw that endocrinologist. Slowly, I began healing. It took years to detox from the medications and rebuild my body, but in 2017, blood work confirmed what I once thought impossible—my Hashimoto’s was in remission.

My anxiety was gone. So was the depression. I lost 30 kg. My memory came back. My energy returned. My body stopped attacking itself. And then, something even more incredible happened.

At 36, I gave birth to my child—something a doctor once told me might never happen. He also warned that, given my history, I would spiral into postpartum depression. But he was wrong again. After more than 20 years of recurrent episodes, not even the baby blues. Today, I still have moments of sadness, like anyone, but I have not been depressed since.

This is why I do what I do.

Today, I help others find answers to their chronic health issues. I guide them through the same functional medicine and evidence-based nutrition strategies that helped me reclaim my life. I offer personalized support, clinical expertise, and most of all, a commitment to uncover the root cause of what’s going on—because no one deserves to be told, “There’s nothing we can do.”

If you’ve heard those words before, I see you. And I’m here to help you write a different story.
